My make-up routine is soo boring nowadays.
Literally, foundation and two mascaras. Such an awful rut, but I can't be bothered to do anything extra with my face, as makeup removing becomes even more of a hassle than it already is! I do feel like I need inspiration but the stuff they provide in magazines is SO over the top, you just don't see anyone wearing the crazy embellished eyebrows and traffic-stopping colours on the street where I live. Also, I have a very plain face, so anything outrageous just sticks out on my face like a sore thumb, I can't pull off outrageous trends. Thus, I have been in a make-up rut for god knows how long. I can't even bring myself to put on eyeliner, because I know the one I have will smudge later. Perhaps I just need to invest in some new makeup to give myself encouragement, i'm just so bored of just foundationing and mascaring every time there's an opportunity; I spend most of my week bare-faced because why bother wearing makeup for school?
I think I shall more of an active effort to change up my look face-wise from now on, my routine is so monotonous and dull, when I can be bothered to make an effort to find some ideas...
any nice subtle make up recommendations would be happily welcomed!
