| day out in southampton

Sorry for the lack of posts, these last few weeks have been rather dramatic for me, and also I have a few assignments due in the coming weeks! Last Sunday my family came up to Southampton for a day out before returning home in the evening, for a night out watching comedy. Below are all the products I used on the day and then the finished result!

You may have noticed I have used a slightly excessive amount of 3 mascaras for this look, I prefer layering a few mascaras instead of using just one! I use the Natural Collection mascara as a base coat to define and give my lashes a little lift, then follow with the Maybelline, and then Doll'd up to give them a good curl.

For the day out I decided to go simple with my H&M cream blouse, with an undershirt from Primark, and my beloved New Look jeans. I've had these forever and I love how they sit on my waist and how they streamline my legs. Also, whilst it's a little petty I love that these never wrinkle or get those annoying creases in the leg during the day, I like everything streamlined and effortless looking!
