| #analyzemysummer with Academic Help

Sunday 11 September 2016

So, how did you spend your summer? Was it the best (or worst) you ever had? Did you manage to see the world, or were you struggling to make it off the sofa? However your months of freedom were spent, Academic Help want to know all about it!

If you've read my blog for a little while, you may remember my collaboration post with Academic Help back in May full of tips to help you improve your writing style. The team have come back with a fabulous competition, and they want to see the most creative and exciting videos showing how you spent your summer!

I would say that my summer this year has been exciting, as I went on two holidays, to Bordeaux with my boyfriend, and le Lac des Veilles Forges with my family. I also worked at Royal Ascot and Henley Regatta, and I finished my first work placement at a lovely PR agency. I saw all my home friends which was nice after coming back from year abroad! It can feel like the summer slips by so quickly and suddenly life's back to the everyday grind.

You can see the round-up of my summer below!

The rules of this competition are pretty simple:

Publish the video with the hashtag #analyzemysummer on Instagram, Facebook, Vine or YouTube (the company is American!)
Length of your video should be no less than 30 seconds and no longer than 1 minute.
The author should be present on it.
Material should not violate any moral or ethical norms, discriminate against any individuals based on their race, gender, language, religion, political or any other views.

Winners will receive $100 for their Academic Help account! Prizes will be awarded within the following categories:

The most creative
The most boring
The most active

If you need some more information watch their video on Youtube or head over to their Facebook page.

Winners will be announced on the 30th September 2016. It's a great way to reflect and reminisce over your summer!

Did you enjoy your summer? Thanks for reading!
