I've noticed recently that over the last few months I've accumulated a lot of new products. I thought I'd give an overview of my favourites that I've used frequently since the beginning of the year.

Jurlique Silk Rose Finishing Powder
If you follow me over on my instagram, you'll have seen me feature my new favourite powder. It's gorgeous, weightless and translucent, perfect for use over foundation. Some days I don't even use foundation with it, just a primer and I'm good to go! It lasts all day, leaving a natural and matte finish. It's quite expensive for £24.50, so I'll try not to use it too much before it runs out!

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in 007
This is a really recent purchase. I've been getting into gel eyeliner, and I've realised that formula is key for a fluid feline flick. I previously bought gel eyeliner from M&S' Autograph range, but the formula was really drying. It works well with my Real Techniques silicone liner brush, as it glides on and dries well. I found that it lasts all day and is really easy to remove!

Max Factor Facefinity All Day Primer
I've had this for a while now, and I'm in love! The formula looks a little like moisturiser, but less heavy. It sinks in really quickly, and quickly mattifies the skin. I can feel the difference when I start to put foundation on; my face is softer, my foundation is easier to blend and it lasts longer! It's slightly more expensive than most high-street make up, but for how little you need to use it's worth the money!

The Body Shop Skin Clearing Toner
I've used this regularly for a few months now, and it's become a staple in my skincare routine. After cleansing, it refreshes my skin and gets out all the dirt left behind. You have to shake before using it, to get all the tea tree into the toner. For the amount you get in a bottle £5 is good value! Since using this, I've had a lot less spots, especially those pesky under the skin ones. I wouldn't recommend using it every night, because it can feel a little harsh on the skin, but for a real clear out, every few days its perfect!

REN Hot Cloth Cleanser
I received lots of lovely REN skincare for christmas and I've loved incorporating this into my beauty routine! It's a cream-based cleanser, which you remove with a cloth afterwards. You apply it to dry skin, really work it in before washing away with hot water. In other words, it's much like the Liz Earle offering! I personally think REN is great for sensitive skin like mine which has a tendency to flare up.

Rusk Deep Shine Oil*
I received this in my festival place meet up goodie bag and I've liked testing it out! It's an argan oil product which is much like my L'Oréal Extraordinary Oil, I apply it just after lightly towel drying, and before blow drying. It gives hair a subtle sheen, and makes it very soft! It leaves a bit of a sticky residue on my hands afterwards, but I would still repurchase this as I know this will last forever!

Thanks for reading! xx
